It's been almost two months now. The antioxidative effects are visible. I can feel quicker muscle recovery and the dark spots and sun burn has started fading away. The skin tone has retuned to normal which was actually not my target for using it. Been using it for quicker muscle recovery since I am in my end 30s and the muscle recovery has seriously slowed down. You need 3 tabs a day for it to work effectively with Vitamin C (for better absorption). I was initially taking 2 tabs a day for first month (1000mg total) with 2000mg of Vitamin C. For the last 21 days, I had been taking 1500mg of Glutathione and 2000mg of Vitamin C and it's working miracles. You can take less of vitamin C for it to work if you're not a smoker and don't drink a lot of black coffee.
Also, take it empty stomach for it to fully work. 1 hour before your meal of 3-4 hours after your meal. It's not a quick fix. Consistency is key here and you'll start seeing its visible effects after 40 days of consistently taking it with Vitamin C.
